Remodel of a Historic home in the heart of Northwood Historic District.
Interior renovation and a 2nd floor bedroom and bath addition, brand new kitchen and new interior
finishes gave this run down home a touch of contemporary feel and openness found in new homes. The new roof with the new stair and clearstory added an exterior visual interest to this old historic home.
Project started in 2016 and completed the same year.
