American Arbitration Association

A long-term Client, The American Arbitration Association was looking to relocate their Miami office. After narrowing down site selections to three buildings, ACI prepared a due diligence document and test fits of each site based on a program that was developed based on Client standards. Final selection of the site in Brickell overlooking the Brickell Bay and the development of a new design that reflected the gateway to Latin American included lively materials, lighting and even an art program easily made this office one of the most desired spaces for both local and international Arbitration cases.
