Project Description

Pool deck and equipment room renovation. Card room renovation. Roof equipment screen.

The Carlyle House is a lowrise Condominium Complex that was originally built in 1973. It is a full-service building with 86 units and 6 stories along the Intercoastal Waterway in South Palm Beach. The condos, each featuring two bedrooms and 1,389 square feet of indoor living space, offer split-bedroom floor plans, galley-style kitchens, open living rooms, extra storage, and private balconies with waterway views.

Originally constructed in 1973, many units have been extensively renovated to include new floors, high-end kitchen appliances, and updated bathrooms. The Carlyle House itself has recently been updated, boasting a modern lobby, renovated hallways, a fitness center, and impact-resistant glass. Externally, the complex features a new seawall and restored concrete siding.

Residents enjoy numerous amenities, including a community swimming pool, an on-site manager, garage parking, and designated beach access.
