This project consists of Subway Restaurant relocated to 2501 North Ocean Ave.
New location square footage: 975 SF.
The new space was redesigned to accommodate the new Subway. New accessible restrooms, kitchen, service area and dining area. A new storefront was also added.
The new design incorporated new finishes to fit the coastal environment.
